We’re giving access to customers by batch. Sign up for Taikee’s waitlist and watch out for an email from us with a link to access Taikee!
What’s your roadmap? What other features can I expect?
For the next few months, our focus will be on improving the cash flow management experience with Taikee. Expect updates for activity tracking, budgeting, and the highly-anticipated bank linking soon!
Towards the further future, we have plans to integrate other parts of your finances into the platform, ranging from credit, loans, insurance, to investments.
Is Taikee safe and secure to use? How does Taikee protect my personal and financial information?
We make use of standard practices to secure company and customer assets on our platform. As of now customer information is not accessible to those who are not in charge of this data, as we prevent access to the database with encryption and non-permissive access.
Going further, we are implementing end-to-end encryption to prevent any access from anyone aside from the customer who owns the data in the near future. We also monitor usage and anomalies within the platform on a daily basis to ensure no suspicious activity goes unanswered and unresolved.
What kind of financial insights (finsights) does Taikee provide?
Our finsights provide you with actionable advice and suggestions based on your transactions, goals, and demographic data. Finsights is a work in progress, so expect more fine-tuning and adjustments to how finsights work as the months go by! Learn more about finsights here.
Can I use Taikee on my phone?
Taikee is a web app accessible through your web browser. While you can access Taikee on a mobile browser, we are still working on fully optimizing the experience. You can also expect a mobile app from Taikee soon!
Does Taikee support international currencies?
Taikee currently supports Philippine Peso (PHP) only.
